3. User-Uploaded Images

You may upload images to create puzzles.

You are solely responsible for the images and other content you upload to Jigsaw Creator.

By uploading an image, you represent and warrant that:

You own the image or have the necessary rights or permissions to use it;
Your use of the image does not infringe another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
You have obtained any necessary permission from people depicted in the image where required by applicable law;
Your upload does not violate applicable laws or regulations;
Your upload does not contain unlawful or prohibited material.

You must not upload content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

4. No Ownership Claim Over Your Images

You retain ownership of the images and content that you upload.

Using Jigsaw Creator does not transfer ownership of your uploaded images to Anpixels LLC.

You grant Jigsaw Creator only the limited rights necessary to process your uploaded image to provide the requested puzzle-generation service.

Because Jigsaw Creator is designed not to permanently store your original uploaded source image, the Service generally does not maintain a permanent copy of your original image.

5. Generated Puzzle Files

Jigsaw Creator may generate SVG, PDF, PNG, and ZIP files based on your uploaded image and selected settings.

Generated files are intended to be delivered to your device for download.

You are responsible for reviewing generated files before printing, cutting, selling, distributing, or otherwise using them.

The accuracy of generated files may depend on the uploaded image, selected puzzle dimensions, selected settings, software used to open the files, printer settings, cutting equipment, and other factors outside our control.

6. Personal and Commercial Use

Unless otherwise stated, you may use puzzles you create with Jigsaw Creator for personal or commercial purposes, provided that:

You have the necessary rights to the source image;
Your use complies with applicable law;
You do not represent Jigsaw Creator or Anpixels LLC as the creator or owner of your source image;
You do not use Jigsaw Creator to create unlawful or infringing material.

You are responsible for determining whether your intended use of an image or generated puzzle complies with copyright, trademark, licensing, privacy, publicity, and other applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property

Jigsaw Creator and its original software, interface, branding, logos, graphics, designs, documentation, and other website content are owned by or licensed to Anpixels LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not:

Copy the Jigsaw Creator website or application;
Reproduce or redistribute our proprietary software;
Reverse engineer the Service;
Attempt to extract or reproduce proprietary source code;
Copy our branding or logos;
Use "Jigsaw Creator" or confusingly similar branding in a way that suggests affiliation with Anpixels LLC;
Scrape the Service in a manner that violates these Terms or applicable law.

These restrictions do not limit rights that cannot legally be restricted.

8. Advertising

Jigsaw Creator is supported by advertising.

The Service may display advertisements provided by Google and other advertising technology providers.

Around the puzzle preview
On informational and SEO pages
In other locations determined appropriate for the Service

Advertising content is provided by third parties.

Anpixels LLC does not necessarily endorse products or services shown in advertisements.

Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the applicable advertiser.

9. Rewarded Advertisements

Jigsaw Creator may offer an optional rewarded-advertisement experience.

For example:

Watch a short advertisement to download your puzzle for free.

If you voluntarily choose the rewarded-ad option, you may receive one puzzle download after successfully completing the required rewarded-ad interaction.

Rewarded advertisements are optional.

The availability of rewarded advertisements may vary based on:

Location
Device
Browser
Advertising inventory
Advertising provider availability
Technical conditions
Applicable laws and policies

We do not guarantee that a rewarded advertisement will always be available.

Attempts to manipulate, bypass, automate, or fraudulently generate rewarded-ad completions are prohibited.

10. Free Service

Jigsaw Creator is currently provided as a free service.

There are currently:

No subscription plans;
No premium plans;
No paid download passes;
No automatic-renewal plans;
No recurring charges.

Anpixels LLC reserves the right to modify the Service or introduce new products, services, or pricing in the future, subject to applicable law and appropriate notice where required.

Nothing in these Terms creates an obligation for Anpixels LLC to introduce paid services.

11. Download Restrictions and Abuse Prevention

Jigsaw Creator may implement reasonable technical restrictions to protect the Service from abuse.

This is particularly important when using generated files with:

Cricut machines;

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anpixels LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, Jigsaw Creator.

This includes, to the extent permitted by law, damages relating to:

Loss of data;
Loss of profits;
Business interruption;
Lost opportunities;
Printing costs;
Materials;
Cutting or manufacturing costs;
Third-party equipment;
Reliance on generated files.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the Service will not exceed the greater of:

(a) the amount you paid to Anpixels LLC for the Service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or

(b) USD $100.

Because Jigsaw Creator is currently provided free of charge, the applicable amount under this provision may be limited accordingly.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

22. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Anpixels LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

Your uploaded content;
Your violation of another person's rights;
Your violation of applicable law;
Your use of generated files in a manner not permitted by these Terms.

This obligation does not apply to the extent that a claim results from Anpixels LLC's own unlawful conduct or other circumstances where indemnification cannot legally be required.
